Eas Mòr waterfall panorama, Isle of Islay

Image

Panoramic picture of a waterfall and its outflow hidden behind an earth wallA panoramic view of Eas Mòr waterfall at Lower Killeyan on the Oa in the south of Islay. The view is from the earth/rock wall hiding the waterfall from general view, the only way to see it is from above or by climbing on to the wall. Or if you’re really adventurous you can wade along Abhainn Ghil to stand below it. It is well hidden from view from the beach and the sea.

Picture of a shore with steep cliffs, bays and a beachA view north from just south of the bay and beach below Lower Killeyan, found on the Oa in the south of Islay. Some fascinating rock formations just off the shore. In the distance just right of centre the beach, behind it the impressive (but well hidden, it’s not visible from here) waterfall.
