A panoramic view of the beach at Killinallan Point, at the entrance to Loch Gruinart. The dunes at Ardnave on the left, on the other side of Loch Gruinart. Hills in the north of Islay in the distance on the right.
It almost looks like they’re having a chat, two sheep and a Chough spotted in the machair at Ardnave. Choughs have a stronghold on Islay, in particular at Ardnave and Kilchoman.
A view south west from a walk around Ardnave in the north of Islay, taking in the steep cliffs at Sanaigmore. Sanaigmore Bay (not visible) would be behind the low rocks on the left.
