One of my early attempts to capture the night sky over Islay. Quality isn’t great, but in a way I still like it. Plenty of stars above the ruin of Kilchoman church, the bright spot just to the right of centre isn’t the Moon, but a bright star, I’m guessing Venus?
A memory from a rainy day on Islay, spent mostly in the cottage at Kilchoman. Ventured outside briefly and took a few pictures of the rain, here a dripping wet leaf on a tree.
