Spotted at Saligo, a young lamb had just got up from a nap next to the stump. After finding its bearings it bounced away.

A beautiful April evening on the west coast of Islay at Saligo. One of the horses living in the area is standing in the dunes, almost as if it is posing. Some sheep and their lambs in the background, if you look closely you’ll notice one is feeding. Waves rolling into Saligo Bay in the background.
Unless the numbers are upside down and it is actually a 10 and not a 01 I’m guessing this lamb might be one of the first being born for their farmer during this lambing season on Islay?
