Admittedly it’s only small, but it’s there. When I visited the waterfall in Port An Eas on a sunny April day I noticed a rainbow at the foot of the waterfall. This is my attempt to capture the magic.
An impression from the Islay walking week in April 2015, taken from the foot of the waterfall at Port an Eas. While the other walkers stayed at the top I was given permission to quickly walk down to the beach in Port an Eas and the foot of the waterfall. This is the view up the waterfall (I believe the tallest on Islay) with some of the walkers above it, nicely showing its height. At the foot of it I also spotted a rainbow in the waterfall.
