Rocks at the southern end of Machir Bay, Isle of Islay

Panoramic picture of rocks at the end of a sandy beachSomething I still haven’t tired of after almost 20 years of visiting Islay and in particular Kilchoman beach: Exploring the gullis, cracks, gaps and more at the southern end of Machir Bay, only accessible at low tide. With the shifting sands there’s always something new to discover, it looks different almost every time.
