I’m not sure if it has a name, a small beach between Port Ban and Bruichladdich on the Rhinns of Islay. Taken on a beautiful November morning.

High tide on the west coast of Islay, some waves rolling up all the way to the foot of the Saligo dunes. As the wave retreats the water is running down the bottom of the dune again.

A November afternoon from from the west coast of the Rhinns of Islay. Waves are rolling into Saligo Bay, up the beach and up to some of the big rocks embedded in the beach. Occasionally a wave reaches past the rocks, shown by the waterlogged patches at the bottom of the dunes.
