Another view from the garden of Sgioba Cottage in Port Charlotte, a bit further back than the first view. Abhainn Gearach just visible behind the garden wall, on the other side the former Port Charlotte distillery buildings now housing the Youth Hostel and the INHT. Behind it the Port Charlotte Hotel. In the centre behind the beach Port Charlotte pier. In the far distance you can make out Laggan Point towards the left and the Oa towards the right.

A November afternoon in Saligo Bay on the west coast of Islay, around high tide. Waves flowing up to the rocks near the top of the beach, rushing between the rocks. All under a mostly cloudy sky but with some brighter spots.
