A scene from the beach at Kilchiaran, looking at the steep hillside with various waterfalls running down. High above a plane flying west, probably on its way to America.

Leaving Kilchiaran Bay for the walk back to Port Charlotte across the Rhinns of Islay, looking back the sun broke through the clouds, bathing Kilchiaran Chapel in some mild November afternoon sunshine. A beautiful peaceful view.

A slightly different take on a view I’ve shared previously, some driftwood partially covered in sand on Kilchoman beach. All in some beautiful low November afternoon sunshine with some distant clouds and some haze over Machir Bay.
