A view of the waterfall at Port an Eas from the top, just as the burn drops down over the edge of the steep cliffs. Having arrived at the bottom the water collects in a burn to flow across the beach into the sea south of Islay.

Haven’t done this for a while (the picture is a few years old), but it’s quite good fun when you do it (responsibly of course, below the high water line, so that it will be washed away during the next high tide). Managed to balance 10 stones on top of each other near the old wreck of the Patti on Kilchoman beach on the west coast of Islay.
