Sun rays behind Saligo Bay, Isle of Islay

A cloudy October afternoon on the west coast of Islay at Saligo Bay. The view is from the top of the highest dune, looking down on the beach with some rocks in the sand and the headland in the middle distance. Behind it the sun is just breaking through the clouds, sending some dramatic rays down on to the Atlantic.
