A view from the MV Finlaggan on a stormy crossing from Port Ellen to Kennacraig in November 2024. I’m not entirely sure which cliffs are in the foreground, but I think it’s Cam Sgeir centre right with An Sgonnag behind on the left. Then Texa and behind it Islay in the distance.

A beautiful June evening on the west coast of Islay with the sunset rapidly approaching. Some mild warm light from the low sun illuminates the dunes and the beach, not the forget the waves rolling in. An evening to remember.
