A beautiful April evening on the west coast of Islay, sitting on the rocks / low cliffs just north of the beach in Saligo Bay. A large washed rope draped over the rocks below us, lit up by the mild evening light of the approaching sunset.
Spotted during a stopover at the Crinan Canal during a journey to Gigha (also a good stop on a journey to Islay), a dog taking a swim on a warm June evening.
Spotted from the northern end of Gigha on a beautiful June evening, the MV Lord of the Isles on her way to Islay with the Paps of Jura as the backdrop (The LotI was the relief ferry while the MV Finlaggan was away for her annual overhaul in June 2023).
