A beautiful bright April day with clear blue skies on the west coast of Islay. Low tide is completely exposed the wreck of the Patti buried in the sand of Kilchoman beach.

A panoramic view from the veranda of the Bunnahabhain distillery visitor centre over the bay and the Sound of Islay. On a clearer day you see Colonsay and Mull in the far distance, during this visit in April it was too hazy to see them. Still, a nice view of the Paps of Jura on the right.
