A beautiful June evening at Saligo Bay on the west coast of Islay. Someone had found a wooden plank and balanced it on some rocks at the southern end of the beach, creating a nice bench to enjoy the views and the sunset.

A June late evening on the west coast of Islay, a few days before the summer solstice. After sunset the beach and rocks and cliffs in and around Saligo Bay are still visible in the beautiful mild light of the gloaming.
