The weather in June 2024 wasn’t great, so it was nice when the sun broke through while out on Bowmore pier. I’ve shared a similar picture before, but couldn’t resist another take of the Bowmore House guesthouse, one of Islay’s finest.

A beautiful June evening on the west coast of Islay, in Saligo Bay looking north along the beach. Some nice swell rolling in from the Atlantic, the waves breaking as they approach the shore, rolling out on the beach with some rocks strewn in.
