A June afternoon at Saligo on the west coast of Islay. We are looking over Saligo Bay and the Atlantic from the dunes above the beach. A weather front is moving in from the south, a band of clouds taking away the sun we were enjoying earlier.

A view from the dunes at Sanaigmore, looking over the bay and out to the Atlantic north west of Islay. Taken on the same evening as the panorama from the east, when our hope of a nice sunset was thwarted by the clouds in the north.
