A different angle of the two burns joining on Kilchoman beach, looking from the side. Allt Gleann na Ceardaich in front of us, flowing sideways along the beach. Allt na Crìche joining it from the right, coming in from Loch Gorm, before they flow into Machir Bay and the Atlantic.

A different, distant, view of Saligo Bay on the west coast of Islay. The view is from the old radar station at Kilchiaran, looking north past Kilchoman. Saligo Bay is partially hidden by the ridge stretching out from Coull, but I think you can still make out a good part of it. Behind it a well known rock formation. Oh, and the Atlantic stretching out to the horizon.

Two into one: On Kilchoman beach two burns join before flowing into Machir Bay and the Atlantic. Allt na Crìche on the left, fed from Loch Gorm. Allt Gleann na Ceardaich on the right, coming down from Kilchoman.
