Another picture of some of the Dolphins I watched while leaving Islay from Port Askaig in November 2018. Not the greatest picture, but under the circumstances (fading light, only a small pocket camera to hand etc) I was happy to capture anything.
Not the greatest picture, but unfortunately I only had a small camera with me and the light was fading rapidly on a late November afternoon. While waiting for the ferry to leave these four Dolphins showed up right below on the starboard side (the side facing the Sound of Islay while berthed). They were constantly on the move, changing direction, jumping, turning, you never knew where they would show up next. A great show which lasted for about 10 minutes I estimate.
