A stunning June evening at the northern end of Islay’s neighbour Gigha, out for a walk around the Northern Loop. The view is north-west, looking over the northern end of Gigha with Port Mòr on the left, In the distance on the right the Isle of Jura with the famous Paps of Jura.
Having returned to the cottage after watching the summer solstice sunset on Gigha a last look out of the window. The crescent moon and a star in the fading very last light of the gloaming over Achamore Gardens.
