One of Islay’s best preserved iron age forts, Dun Nosebridge near Mulindry, seen from the Glen Road. The main part of the fort is towards the right. It is thought to have been built around 850-500BC.
An April evening on Islay a couple of years ago. Just after sunset some beautiful light developed. The view is north west from the Glen Road, somewhere near Knocklearoch if I remember correctly.
