A beautiful April evening on the west coast of Islay at Saligo. One of the horses living in the area is standing in the dunes, almost as if it is posing. Some sheep and their lambs in the background, if you look closely you’ll notice one is feeding. Waves rolling into Saligo Bay in the background.
I’m not sure if horses and ponies can grasp the beauty of a bay and coastline, but they certainly seemed to enjoy grazing in the machair around Saligo Bay on the west coast of Islay.
Spotted on a field between Rockside farm and Kilchoman, a horse grazing on a field. In the background some Barnacle Geese on Loch Clach a’ Bhuaile as well as in the air.
