I’m not entirely sure if they went for a dive that afternoon (as they returned relatively quickly), but these two RIBs belonged to a group of divers who had set up camp in Kilchiaran Bay (I believe they are regular visitors to Islay)

I should think the birders will spot it immediately, it might take slightly longer for the others. In case you’re struggling, it’s right in the centre. Taken on the stone/pebble beach in Kilchiaran Bay on the west coast of Islay.
