With its ongoing success Islay’s farm distillery at Kilchoman decided it’s time to expand. This picture taken in November 2017 shows some of the work in progress. Since then the pagoda roof has been fitted and the building should soon be complete.
Unfortunately I missed seeing it installed during my November visit to Islay. While they had hoped to install it in November it didn’t actually happen until early December. This is the pagoda roof for the expansion of Kilchoman distillery.
