A panoramic view of the very scenic Lossit Bay on the south west coast of the Rhinns. This is from a visit during the Islay walking week a few years ago, almost all the people on the beach were participants in the walk up the coast from near Portnahaven.

Quite likely they were just leaving Islay, as this picture was taken in mid April, the time the Barnacle Geese return to Greenland. This flock passed Lossit Bay in the south west of Islay, flying north.
