A beautiful November sunset watched from Kilchoman beach on the west coast of Islay. Some clouds on the horizon add to the mood and the colours, reflected on the sand of the wet beach. Only a tiny part of the old wreck of the Patti visible just in front of us, the rest buried under the constantly shifting sands.
A beautiful April sunset on the west coast of Islay, watched from Kilchoman beach with the sun setting behind the northern end of Machir Bay. Not long to go until the sun sets behind Coull Point and not over the sea any more for the summer.
