One of the many natural arches on Islay, this one is on the Rhinns of Islay not far from Lossit Bay, of which you can catch a glimpse in the distance.

Some natural arches are large, others are small. This one is rather small, only a may be a foot high. Found at the Corran Sands on the Isle of Jura.

The north of Islay in particular around Mala Bholsa is one of the best areas on the island for natural arches. This one at the foot of Mhala Bholsa (not in the picture towards the right) is a prime example of what can be found in the area.
