A June evening (on the longest day of the year to be precise) on the west coast of Islay, on the dunes overlooking Saligo Bay. I believe this dune is the highest of the dunes along the bay, providing great views across the bay, coast and also the inland.

A June late evening on the west coast of Islay, a few days before the summer solstice. After sunset the beach and rocks and cliffs in and around Saligo Bay are still visible in the beautiful mild light of the gloaming.
