An April evening in Saligo Bay on the west coast of Islay, waves rolling in from the Atlantic and breaking as they reach the rocky shore at the southern end of the bay.

An April sunset at Saligo Bay on the west coast of Islay. If you look closely you’ll notice two small flocks of Barnacle Geese returning for the evening roost, one of the last before they return to Greenland for the summer.
