Can anyone tell me what these are? Spotted these tiny fishes in some shallow water in Saligo Bay on the west coast of Islay.

A sunny June day on the west coast of Islay, at the southern end of Saligo Bay. Waves are rolling in, breaking on the rocks at the shoreline. Some of it reaches the rockpool below us.
