A rather wet view down the Sound of Islay from the ferry, but somehow I find it interesting. Almost only the silhouettes of the hills remain visible in the heavy rain shower, giving it a mystic air.

Boat passing under cloudy Paps of Jura

Spotted from the Islay ferry, a boat (unfortunately I don’t know which one, if anyone recognises it please leave a comment) passing under the background of the Paps of Jura with the summits shrouded by clouds. The boat was travelling north into the Sound of Islay.
