A beautiful sunny November afternoon on the Rhinns of Islay, the small Loch Indaal lighthouse above us on the rocky shore of the loch. Bowmore just visible on the other side of the loch.
A dark November evening arrival in Port Ellen on a rainy day. The rain was lashing down, but I still wanted to try to take some pictures. I noticed the bright lamps on the side of the ferry illuminated the rain brightly, the relatively slow shutter speed made the rain look like long strings hanging in the air.
A view across the south western end of Loch Gorm on the Rhinns of Islay. In the distance the ruin of Kilchoman Church, sadly in a rather bad state now. Two cottages next to it, as far as I know the one on the right once was the school.
