While watching a Golden Eagle perched on a rocky outcrop at the top of Loch Indaal not doing much two other interesting birds suddenly showed up: A Buzzard and a male Hen Harrier. They seemed to have a bit of a disagreement, unfortunately I didn’t get a picture of that. But I did manage to capture this view of the Hen Harrier in full flight.
Good morning with a picture of a male Hen Harrier at Loch Indaal, Isle of Islay islay.org.uk/2021/10/20/mal…

Buzzard and male Hen Harrier near the top of Loch Indaal, Isle of IslayWhile I was sitting in my car watching the Golden Eagle at the top of Loch Indaal I noticed some movement above me out of the corner of my eyes. Quickly got out of the car and managed to grab a few shots of a Buzzard and a male Hen Harrier seemingly having a disagreement.
