A sunny June afternoon on the west coast of Islay, out in Machir Bay off Kilchoman beach. I went for a splash in the waves of Machir Bay while being very careful and staying close to the beach so that I could always stand up and walk out. There can be dangerous currents, so you have to be very careful when going into the water. Picture taken by my sister Imke.
