A mostly damp and drizzly June morning on the west coast of Islay, still went for a walk on Kilchoman beach.

Sitting on a fence right outside the RSPB hide at Gruinart, a Swallow looking right at us, giving us a nice view of the red face.

Another view of the Deer on the RSPB Gruinart reserve in June 2025. I’m not sure, but it might have been chewing with its mouth open, enjoying the green grasses and more in the meadow.
