A beautiful November sunset on the west coast of Islay, a great time to walk the dogs on Kilchoman beach. Not sure if dogs can appreciate beautiful sunsets, but they certainly had fun chasing their ball and running into the water.

A beautiful November sunset watched from Kilchoman beach on the west coast of Islay. Some clouds on the horizon add to the mood and the colours, reflected on the sand of the wet beach. Only a tiny part of the old wreck of the Patti visible just in front of us, the rest buried under the constantly shifting sands.
