An April evening in Saligo Bay on the west coast of Islay. Waves are rolling in, breaking as they approach the beach and sending spray up into the air.
One of my favourite views on Islay, the view over Machir Bay and Kilchoman beach from the dunes at the southern end of the beach. It’s both familiar yet different every single time. The bay and the beach stretching out into the distance, the endless skies cloudy or blue, just an amazing view.
