One of the lesser known lochs on Islay, Loch Conailbhe near Kilchiaran. It’s near the road from Port Charlotte to Kilchiaran, maybe 1/3 of a mile from Kilchiaran.

A nice view from an Islay walking week walk a number of years ago. walking in the area around Ballygrant. The Paps of Jura towering over the landscape and the Sound of Islay (just visible towards the right). Just below us a loch, although I’m not sure which one. I think it might be Loch Allan, if you can confirm or correct me please post it in the comments.
