A November late morning out on Kilchoman beach in beautiful sunshine. The incoming tide is swirling around the wreck of the Patti, I found the small wave on the right quite interesting. Bigger waves rolling into Machir Bay in the background, sending spray up in the air.
Spotted on a November afternoon at Gruinart, five Whooper Swans and two Pintails in the mild afternoon light.
Watched from a ferry from Port Askaig to Kennacraig, a beautiful colourful cloud in the sunset light behind McArthur’s Head lighthouse at the southern end of the Sound of Islay.
