A June sunset in Machir Bay on the west coast of Islay. At that time of year the sun sets so far north west that it sets behind the low hills in the north of the bay, behind Coull Point. Still a beautiful view, this picture is from a day where it rained all day and the clouds suddenly broke up for 30 minutes at sunset.
