From this angle it almost looks like a raging deep river, in reality it was a small shallow stream flowing over the beach in Saligo Bay into the Atlantic. Taken on a mostly cloudy November late afternoon on the west coast of Islay.
A beautiful June sunset in Saligo Bay on the west coast of Islay, well, almost. This was pretty much the last I saw of the sun before it disappeared behind the bank of clouds on the horizon.
