A view from Port Charlotte pier on a moonlit (not visible in the picture, it was further towards the right/east) night on the Rhinns of Islay. This is the northern end of Port Charlotte with the Rhinns Medical Centre and Daal Terrace. The Loch Indaal lighthouse flashing on the right. A few stars just visible in the moonlit sky, I think that’s the “Big Dipper” constellation you can spot.

A view of Port Charlotte on the Rhinns of Islay on a moonlit November evening, seen from near the Rhinns Medical Centre. The Oa just visible on the left, if you look very closely you can just make out Ireland in the far distance across the North Channel.
