While most of Islay’s Bluebells can be found in and around Bridgend Woods they also plentiful in other places. These I spotted along the path to the old bird hide at RSPB Gruinart, with a Hoverfly photobombing while I was taking this picture.

A June evening in Saligo Bay on the west coast of Islay, not long until sunset. A nice swell coming in from the Atlantic, the waves breaking as they approach the shore with the beach and rocks.
