Spotted by my sister Imke while we were walking though the dunes at Kilchoman on our way to the beach, lots of Cinnabar Moth Caterpillars.

Somewhere in the north of Islay, near Bholsa. A caterpillar in some dry grass from the previous season. At some point to become a beautiful butterfly (or moth?)
