A view of Eilean Beag at the northern end of Jura, seen from the Gulf of Corryvreckan. This is where George Orwell was briefly stranded with his young son when his boat got into trouble in the Corryvreckan. Luckily a fishing boat came past and was able to rescue them.
A view north east from Sanaigmore, some big swell rolling in from the west, from the Atlantic. Waves breaking over the rocky shore between Sanaigmore and Ardnave. On the left Eilean Beag with Nave Island behind. Taken on a nice June evening on Islay.
