You can’t see it from this angle, but this is a view from the banks of the River Sorn in Bridgend Woods. A meadow full of buttercups on one side of the river, a beautiful majestic big tree in full June foliage on the other side.

Spotted somewhere in the Claddach area on a Sunday morning walk around the southern end of the Rhinns of Islay, a sheep in someone’s garden below the (empty) laundry lines.
