A panoramic view from a walk in Bridgend Woods in November, the rather wet track with lots of puddles going around a bend through the by now bare trees. The sun breaking through the clouds to shine some beautiful light over the scene.

Taken the same afternoon as the dramatic light over Bowmore distillery: Some Barnacle Geese flying over Loch Indaal as they arrive for the roost. A car coming over the hill at Blackrock, it’s headlights reflecting on the water.

A view from the Islay ferry to the mainland on a stormy November morning (notice the waves breaking at the rocks on the right). Slightly difficult to make out because its colours blend into the landscape, but if you look closely you can make out Dunyvaig castle towards the left. Behind it the famous Lagavulin distillery below the hills in the south east of Islay.
