After breaking when they reached the shore the water from the waves is swirling on the beach in Lossit Bay on the west coast of Islay.

Rhinns of Islay lighthouse from Lossit Bay
Image
A different view of the Rhinns of Islay lighthouse. It looks like it is on Islay in this view, not on the small island of Orsay just offshore. The view is from the cliffs just north of Lossit Bay (you can just see a tiny stretch of the beach on the bottom left), looking across the bay and over the hills towards Portnahaven. If you look closely you can also make out Ireland on the horizon.
Cliffs north of Lossit Bay, Isle of Islay

A view south along the coast just north of Lossit Bay on the west coast of Islay. I’m not 100% sure, but I think this is from near Dun Bhoraraig, Rubha na Faoileige on the right. Lossit Bay is behind the hills on the left. If you look closely you can just make out the Rhinns of Islay lighthouse in the distance on the left. Also Frenchman’s Rocks in the distance in the centre.
