Weather permitting I quite like to be outside on the ferry to Islay, even at times during a night crossing. Here’s a view of the deck at night.

A view from the hills above Laphroaig on the south coast of Islay. You can’t see the distillery from here (hidden behind the trees), but the large warehouses are easily visible. The Calmac ferry Hebridean Isles is passing Texa on her way to Port Ellen.
