Another view of the rocks and cliffs off the Ard at Port Ellen on a stormy November morning during storm Bert. This view is from the moving ferry on the way to Kennacraig. On the right you can see Texa, if you look closely you can also spot Laphroaig distillery in the distance on the left.

A view from the MV Finlaggan on a stormy crossing from Port Ellen to Kennacraig in November 2024. I’m not entirely sure which cliffs are in the foreground, but I think it’s Cam Sgeir centre right with An Sgonnag behind on the left. Then Texa and behind it Islay in the distance.
