Oystercatchers seem to quite like the rocks at Saligo Bay near the mouth of Saligo River. This one I noticed in April 2025.

27 (I hope I counted correctly) Oystercatchers near the northern end of Kilchoman beach, behind them waves breaking in Machir Bay having rolled in from the Atlantic.
